About MeI received a BS in Marine Biology focusing on vertebrate zoology from Texas A&M University – Galveston (Go Aggies!) in 1996 and an MS in Conservation Biology from Antioch University New England in 2006. I began teaching Living Environment at Chatham in 1999 in addition to Science Links and Science Research in the Classroom. I currently teach Living Environment, Environmental Science, and AP Biology and am Co-Advisor for the Ecology Club. Having grown up in Spencertown and graduating from CHS, it's very exciting to be back, teaching in the same room I took Biology in so many years ago! In addition to teaching, I am active with several community groups and am currently fostering rescue dogs from shelters in Georgia through Perfect Pets Rescue.
